The Strappelli extra virgin olive oil comes from a variety of olives organically grown on the hills of Torano Nuovothen meticulously harvested by hand.
The olives are pressed within 24 hours of the harvest using a cutting-edge and hygienic cold extraction method.
It is golden in colour with a green tint, with a rewarding ripe, fresh taste, and an elusive, veiled appearance resulting from its unfiltered nature.
