TECHNICAL CULTIVATION:: Grapes organically cultivated, pruned according to the Guyot
system, with reduced productivity.
ORGANOLETTICH CHARACTERISTIC:: Yellow to green hues, Mediterranean floral aroma with pronounced mineral characteristics.
AVERAGE AGE OF THE VINES:: 10 years.
YIELD PER HECTARE:: 60 hl/ha
HARVESTING METHODS:: Manual picking of selected grapes, soft-pressed,
spontaneous fermentation. This wine is free from any stabilizing treatment or filtration and due to the natural method of production can be slightly cloudy in appearance with a light sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
FOOD ACCOMPANIMENTS:: light antipasti, fish and shellfish dishes.
